I came across your blog while searching for exciting UAD enlightenment. As an appraiser for the last 40 years, I just wanted to point out that the phrase "zombie appraiser" is redundant. An appraiser is just somebody that didn't have enough personality to become an accountant. Seriously, thanks for posting all the info. (I love how blogging pales after a while: 28 posts in 2010, 9 in 2011, 4 in 2012. Kind of like talking to yourself, isn't it?)
